Need: Everyone koha a loaf of bread each, sauce or onions, purchase sausages, mic and amp (TR), guitar & amp (Gilbert), BBQ & gas bottle (Bernie), photography (TR)

Strategy: Draw interest and crowds with music and kai, Annette gives first stump speech, Rotorua TV and media capture, money collected to pay the kai, take new registrations, launch new office to community, flier distribution

Agenda

• 11am – 1pm BBQ, light music, registration table
• 12noon – Stump speech from Annette if time permits (10mins)
• 12:15pm – Annette’s interview with Rotorua TV Interview / Daily Post
• 1pm – 3pm – Annette’s Billboard photoshoot
